Shipping policy
Made to Order Every White Wolf Leather Studio piece is handcrafted to order. In order to avoid over-stock and be responsible with the leather we use, we don't mass-produce — each item is made with care, just for you.
Production & Processing Times
- Smaller items (hair barrettes, wallets, pencil cases): ready to ship within 3–5 business days
- Larger items (backpacks, purses): please allow 1–4 weeks of production time
You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
If you need your White Wolf Leather Good leather good by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order. Depending on our availability and work load at the time we may be able to make your product sooner than usual.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.
International Shipping We ship worldwide via USPS, DHL Express, and FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after shipment.
Duties & Taxes For international orders, applicable duties and taxes may be collected at checkout. This ensures a smooth delivery with no surprise fees upon arrival.
Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
